Our Laboratory
The company has invested nearly $4 million to establish two laboratories, with one dedicated to testing power relays, making it the second-largest laboratory in China capable of testing high short-circuit currents of up to 20KA. The other laboratory is designed for testing various other products. Both laboratories have received recognition from UL Witness Laboratory, TUV Witness Laboratory, VED Witness Laboratory, and CNAS Laboratory, solidifying the company’s position as one of the most comprehensive relay factories in China in terms of testing capabilities. In 2022, an additional investment of approximately $3 million was made for the research and development of new products, processes, and equipment, providing robust support for design, development, and quality analysis.

It is used to detect the thermal distribution of relays under working conditions, to set the temperature monitoring points arbitrarily, to quickly locate the abnormal points, so as to improve the structure of the current-carrying parts and perform failure analysis on the abnormal products.
